As a seasoned business executive with more than 25+ years of C-suite level experience, Mr. Khayal has spent his career creating, leading, and managing five different, multi-million-dollar companies to success spanning diverse business sectors. Utilizing his excellent communication skills, team leadership abilities, and visionary business management background, Mansour has led senior management teams for multiple small and medium sized companies to devise and implement strategic plans and financial processes to position the firm for future growth while achieving defined company goals.

Currently Mr. Khayal serves as one of the founding members BRProfits Inc., a firm dedicated to helping companies better define their business operations and cash position. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in developing strong standard operating procedures and operational teams all designed to achieve the defined objectives and deploying innovative transformational processes that deliver game-changing outcomes for his clients, companies, and employees.

Prior to starting BRProfits Inc., Mr. Khayal was hand chosen to serve as the CEO / President of Icon construction Inc. an industry leading premier supplier of permanent/temporary modular buildings, headquarters was in McKinney, TX with a manufacturing plant operating in Durant Oklahoma. In this position, he was credited for saving the company from bankruptcy by working directly with banks to restructure company debt and negotiate an industry leading $15M bond. He successfully drove process to build and lead a dedicated team of 62 employees in achieving and exceeding all client’s expectations, including negotiating and closing nine high profile contracts valued at over $22M in sales. Mansour served as the lead in expanding current contracts with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and working with the United States military, national security/national defense, and intelligence agencies to develop and install Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) programs throughout US. Successfully selling the company and manufacturing plant to a holding company.

From 2013 to 2015, Mansour was recruited to oversee the development and growth of all national/regional account activities for Pearl Technology Holdings, the leading automotive software development firm specialized in delivering all-in-one software products and platforms to help auto dealers buy and sell inventory. He worked directly with CTO and CEO to build, update, and deploy industry changing software platforms that consistently met and exceeded client demands. Played a key role in taking client suggestions and enhancing software product.

Mr. Khayal received his Bachelor Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas. He continues to excel, challenging his abilities and gaining new skills by continuing to educate himself, completing numerous professional management and leadership seminars/classes.

Mansour says that “anything worth doing is worth overdoing and you can’t climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pockets, when he is not working, Mansour enjoys spending time with his large family and enjoys biking and promoting good healthy living.

Matt has over 15 years of online marketing experience including all forms of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (getting non-website assets on page 1 of search results), video and audio marketing, image marketing, targeted online advertising, online lead generation, and much more.

His background in professional baseball and professional trading & trading software reinforce his competitive nature to help his clients succeed with true, real statistics such as:

  • Improved rankings for desired keyword search phrases
  • Improved traffic metrics according to data from Google Analytics or Google Search Console
  • Google Business Profile click-to-call, website click, and driving directions click metrics improvements

Over the years Matt has worked with clients to leverage real world customers/clients’ actions in order to find hidden niches which your competitors have not yet addressed.  Matt also knows how to blend strategies & online marketing methods in order to expedite results and/or lower costs in order to increase profit margins that much faster.

In recent months, Matt has pioneered new ways to help local business owners gain exposure to prospective customers / clients using new web3 technology such as:

  • Virtual lands (digital real estate NFTs)
  • 3D buildings and metaverse platforms
  • Proof of Attendance Protocol (POAP) NFTs
  • Decentralized blogging platforms and IPFS nodes
  • Similar new web3 technology which can help a local business owner see improvements in Google rankings all the way to uncovering new ways to make prospective customers / clients have a sense of enjoyment while discovering more about the client’s business

Michael brings over 25 years of commercial lending and SBA experience dealing with a variety of industries. He joined Practice Pathways, a professional division of Zions Bank in March of 2015.

In his role as Vice President and Business Development Officer, Mr. Johnston was responsible for sourcing loans for Dental, Veterinary, and Optometry industries. Prior to that, Mr. Johnston operated primarily as a SBA Business Development Officer including a six year stint at Capital Source Bank/Mainstreet Lender where he was a consistent top producer.

Mr. Johnston has held positions as a credit underwriter specializing in Real Estate and Asset Based Lending, a credit underwriter specializing in SBA Lending, Special Assets Officer, and Business Development Officer. Michael graduated with his MBA from the University of Arkansas and his BBA in Finance from University of Central Arkansas.
